**ENTRY FORM PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Entry into this promotion is deemed to be acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

1. Entry is only open to New Zealand Residents only.
2. Only one entry per company site address is eligible for the competition.
3. Employees of Fletcher Building Limited, Fletcher Steel Limited and their related companies and members of their immediate families are ineligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any person from participating in the promotion on reasonable grounds.
4. The prize will be drawn at random and will take place on 30 September 2024 at approx. 3pm. The first eligible entry drawn will be deemed to be the prize winner.
5. The prize winner will be notified by phone or email within 5 days of the prize draw. The prize winner must be available for any publicity that may be required by the Promoter. Where attempts to contact the prize winner fail (i.e. when the prize winner cannot be contacted by phone after three attempts or email sent is returned) the Promoter may select another prize winner. If, after successful notification, the prize is not collected within two months of being announced it will be regarded as forfeit. (Note: three attempts to contact the prize winner will include individual calls to any numbers provided at the time of entry).
6. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash, nor can it be exchanged for any other product or services.
7. The Promoter is Fletcher Steel Limited.
