1st April 2021 Price Increase

Dear Valued Customers,
Over the last 12 months, the supply of a wide range of building products has been severely impacted by a range of factors, in particular, significant disruption and delays in international shipping and raw material cost increases
As a result, we have had several increases from our accessory suppliers in recent months. While we have absorbed these increases for some time, unfortunately, we are unable to continue to absorb these increases.
Accessory products affected:

| Fixings | 3% | |
| Gutter Brackets | 3 - 5% | |
| Purlins (P100 & Top Notch) | 6% | |
| General Accessories | 3 - 4% |
These increases take effect from the 1st April 2021. All existing commercial quotations are valid for 60 days from the date of issue. For detail on these price increases please contact your local branch or account manager.
We also wish to advise of a future price increase on long run products and flashings that will take effect from the 1st June 2021. These changes are in-light of ongoing cost pressures across the business, including raw material costs.
Lung run products affected:

Please note we will also be rolling out a revised pricing system on the 1st June 2021. We kindly ask for your patience while we implement these changes and will endeavor to communicate with you throughout the process.
